Information you provide
Enquiry forms request contact details and information relevant to the assessment. Desktop enquiries also request your address and accident details. Photographs are sent separately through WhatsApp and are not uploaded through the website forms.
Purpose and service providers
We use your enquiry details to respond, discuss the requested report and arrange services. This website uses Netlify hosting and Netlify Forms to process and store submitted enquiries. Email notifications may be sent to mo@miassessors.co.uk. WhatsApp processes the messages and photographs you choose to send through its service. Please provide only information relevant to your enquiry.
Google Maps
The map on our Home and Contact pages loads automatically when it comes into view. Your browser then connects to Google, which may receive information such as your IP address. Selecting a directions link opens Google Maps separately.
Browser storage
The site uses session storage to remember which enquiry form you submitted. A submission marker is not proof of email delivery. Form field values are not saved to browser storage. The photo checklist resets when the page is reloaded. No advertising or analytics tracking is installed.
Retention and your requests
Enquiry information should be kept only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, service delivery, record-keeping and any applicable legal or business requirements. If you want to ask about information you have supplied, contact M I Assessors and describe your request.
Website imagery
Some website imagery is illustrative and is used to explain the vehicle inspection and reporting services. It does not identify a customer or represent a specific inspection unless stated.
