Submitting an enquiry does not book an inspection or commission a report. M I Assessors will discuss suitability, scope, fees and arrangements before confirming the service.
Information and photographs
Please provide accurate information and photographs that you are entitled to share. A desktop assessment depends on the information available, and a physical inspection or further information may be needed.
Report requirements
If a council, insurer, solicitor or another organisation requests a report, provide their written requirements before commissioning the assessment. The recipient decides whether a report satisfies its requirements; this website does not promise acceptance.
